Risk Retention Services began over a quarter century ago when a group of product manufacturers got tired of paying insurers (when they could get insurance) who simply settled cases – and then raised rates. This group formed a captive, and hired our company to investigate and handle claims under one mantra – “No Liability – No Payment.”

We have expanded since then. We understand that some clients prefer to have claims settled for customer service or other business reasons. Recognizing these realities we have grown to be able to fit our program into your needs.

Or, it ensures that the claim is properly investigated and evaluated, and early settlement is reached before spending unnecessary defense dollars.
