Risk Retention Services employs specialists in claims and litigation management. Risk Retention Services includes on its team accounting and legal specialists, litigation specialists, and claim specialists.

Its resources are often used on a consulting basis to provide additional services to its clients. Our consulting services include:

• Claims Auditing, including claims and litigation performance audits and legal bill audits, on a review or ongoing basis.
• Client Advocacy Services, assisting clients pursue claims, recover money, or find insurance coverage where it has previously been denied.
• Contract Review, including insurance policy reviews for coverage, vendor agreements, buy/sell agreements, and lease agreements.
• CPSC and Recall Coordination, including reporting requirements, responding to Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) inquiries, and developing an effective and appropriate recall plan, where appropriate.
• Expert Witness Services. Members of Risk Retention Services are available to serve as expert witnesses, particularly on topics where they are uniquely qualified, such as ANSI compliance.
