Related to ANSI (American National Standards Institute) Compliance and Requirements. Risk Retention Services started out handling claims relating to the ladder industry. The safe manufacture and use of ladders remains a major interest to us. RRS is a voting member of the ANSI A14 (Ladder standards) committee. We are active in ensuring that the standards take into consideration safety issues that we see arising every day in ladder claims.
Related to Claims Management. Risk Retention Services personnel have been engaged to evaluate and opine and testify regarding the standard of care in the management of claims.
